Last updated: 27 August 2026
This policy explains what Arnos Customzz does with personal information, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and the enquiries that reach us through it, by phone, by email, by WhatsApp and in person at the unit.
Who we are
Arnos Customzz, 88 Stanley Road, Croydon, London, CR0 3QA. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us on 07422 542032 or at arnoscustomzz@gmail.com.
What we collect

- Messages - WhatsApp, SMS, email and social media messages between you and us.
- Website usage - if you accept analytics, aggregated statistics about which pages get read. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for and do not want any special category data such as health information. Please do not send it to us.

|---|---|
| Quoting for work and answering your enquiry | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract |

| Keeping job and payment records | Legal obligation for tax and accounting, and our legitimate interests |
| Handling a complaint, warranty claim or dispute | Legitimate interests in resolving and defending claims |

| Website analytics | Your consent, given through the cookie banner |
Photographs of your vehicle
We photograph vehicles as a record of their condition and of the finished job. We also like to show our work. If you would rather your car did not appear on our Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, or on this site, just tell us - before, during or after the job - and we will not post it, or we will take it down. We blur or crop number plates on request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do share it with:
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd - if you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, your message is processed by them under their own terms.
- Motion Bookings - our online booking form and enquiry widget. Anything you enter there is processed by them on our behalf so we can answer you and book the work in.
- Google - if you email our Gmail address, or leave a Google review.
- Our hosting provider - which processes server logs, including IP addresses, to serve and secure this site.
- Payment providers, our accountant and, where required, HMRC.
- Material suppliers - only where a warranty claim on a film or vinyl has to be raised with the manufacturer.
- Insurers, solicitors or the police - only where we are legally required to, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become jobs - up to 12 months.
- Job, invoice and payment records - 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
- Job photographs - up to 6 years, so we can evidence the condition of a vehicle if a claim is made.
- Published social media posts - until you ask us to remove them, or we do.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct anything that is wrong; delete it; restrict what we do with it; port it to someone else; or stop processing that relies on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time - that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Email arnoscustomzz@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to job records and messages is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever puts your rights at risk we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
